The Iberian Chorizo has a delicate aroma and flavour, it is not very salty, with a pleasant and characteristic aroma.

It has a bright pinkish-white colour, with veins and veining.

It has a compact and homogeneous texture. The length is variable, cylindrical or slightly flattened. The natural casing is adapted to the product over its entire surface.
