Brown rice from typical Spanish varieties. Exceptionally healthy as it is very rich in dietary fibre, vitamins and other essential elements. Highly recommended for healthy or vegetarian diets.
Used for the preparation of side dishes and salads, as well as main dishes. Normally this rice is not used for paellas.
Recommended use: Leave to soak the night before and boil with excess water. Approximate cooking time: 30 minutes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
