Grown by our farmer friend in La Mancha (Toledo) it has a limited harvest, the highest quality pure Ecological saffron strand, winner of the Gold medal in Brussels 2018.
Our goal is to offer you the best saffron in the world.
To give color and flavor to countless dishes such as rice, stews, etc. We recommend putting it in the microwave for a few seconds and then grinding it well with your hands. For Valencian paella a box of 1 g is for 5 kilos of rice, we recommend putting the ground saffron just after adding the rice.
