Citrus caviar (Finger Lime, Citrus australasica) is an exotic fruit native to Australia, famous for its interior filled with tiny translucent spheres known as “citrus pearls.” These delicate bubbles burst in the mouth, releasing a fresh, tangy flavor with hints of lime and floral notes.
