We are pleased to inform you that our lemons are now officially certified as organic products. Please note that the lemons are greenish rather than yellow due to the higher temperatures and more sunlight in summer. This is not a sign of unripeness, but quite normal at this time of year - inside the fruit is as usual juicy and tastes very tasty and refreshing.

 

(With lemons from organic cultivation it is normal that some fruits have small grey spots on the peel. This is a sign for the complete renunciation of insecticides in organic cultivation).
