 Organic rosemary can be prepared as a cold infusion in extra virgin olive oil to dress salads or other dishes. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To infuse, place a teaspoon of the leaves in a cup and add very hot water. Cover and leave to steep for 5 minutes.
