Campomar's organic dried black olives come from the region of Aragon, of medium size and tender texture, not cooked or subjected to any artificial oxidation process. They get their black colour by ripening on the tree. They taste like authentic natural black olives, without seasoning, with a slightly sweet, excellent, very oily flavour, with a mildly spicy finish.
