Area of Production: Denomination of Origin Protected mountains of the caroig massif valencia, and throughout the year it enjoys a warm climate and the beneficial influence of the Mediterranean.
The climate features characteristic of continental in the mountainous areas of the interior.

Vinification: Careful selection of the best grapes of the varieties from organic farming. Special cold maceration on pneumatic press for 6-8 hours,
and fermentation with addition of selected yeasts at 12.5ºC.

Suggestions of Service: Galeam Dry Muscat white wine, highly aromatic and of great personality, perfect to accompany fish stew of fish, fideuà, paella, seafood and white meats.
It is also an excellent appetizer. Ideal temperature of service: 6-8º.
