Elaboration: Peel the potatoes, cut them half-moon shaped. Put them in a frying-pan and candy them with a lot of hot olive oil on a low gas. Add the spring onions which have been previously cut into pieces. Put in each plate a bit of jam, then the duck wings on the jam and the sweetened potatoes by their side. Then, a bit of rucola and, finally, decorate with cherry tomatoes and parsley. |
